Established in 2005, Pirenia Consulting Group has become a professional consulting firm offering financial, accounting, tax, and legal advisory services to individuals and businesses. Our founders are affiliated with Nexia Indonesia, a member of Nexia International.

Rachman Untung Budiman
Senior Partner
Rachman is a seasoned investment and finance professional with over 30 years of extensive experience across life insurance, investment management and banking, and manufacturing industries. His expertise spans investment strategy, portfolio management, corporate finance, risk management, M&A, business and financial planning, debt and corporate restructuring.
He has held various senior leadership and directorship positions in both finance and non-finance industries. In the finance industry alone, he has experienced managing multi-billion-rupiah portfolios in numbers of prominent buy-side institutions, along with directing and leading numerous notable sell-side firms.
Rachman holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW, Sydney. He is also a CFA Charterholder and Chartered Accountant (CA) Indonesia.
Cynthia Sari
Partner
Cynthia is a well-versed accounting, finance and tax consultant with over 10 years of experience. Her practice specializes in assurance, accounting advisory and consulting, tax advisory, tax planning, tax review, tax disputes, along with tax compliance and filing.
For more than a decade, she has engaged with various type of clients – domestic, foreign and multinational – as both finance and tax consultant and auditor including in a prestigious big four firm.
Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Tarumanegara University. In addition, she has completed Brevet A, B and C professional taxation certification from the Executive Committee of the Tax Consultant Certification Organizing Commission (KP3SKP).
Elizabeth Rina
Partner
Rina is a professional advisor specialized in accounting, finance and taxation, with national and multinational clients in various industry such as manufacturing, trading, services, chemical, mining, transportation, hospital, real estate and plantation. With her work background for more than a decade at consulting companies, she has developed extensive experience in merger, tax and financial review, acquisition and divestment, restructuring, transfer pricing, and axation issues.
Hugo Permana

Hugo had previously practiced dispute resolution in numbers of prominent law firms. He represented and advised both local and multinational companies engaged in various sectors of industries, which include: construction, power plant, oil and gas, transportation and automotive industries, financial services, FMCG, and real estate. In addition, he had also served as a Corporate Secretary Associate and a Legal Manager for a publicly listed company and a multinational company.
